Position: Assistant Technical Support and Trainer Location: Redmond WAFLSA:ExemptSalary: $90000-$100000 SUMMARYThe Assistant Technical Support and Trainer responsibilities include technical troubleshooting of equipment and software for the teams responsible for building access control across the globe. This position will also own internal training initiatives and onboarding for new hires. They will participate in a high amount of interaction between various business units to bring certain projects initiatives and/or issues to a resolved state in a timely manner as well as responding to higher level/technical requests in person or via email. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provide Tier 1-3 technical support to the Access Management Team (i.e. troubleshooting network or software issues procurement of hardware reviewing specifications to ensure compliance). Provide Tier 2-3 support for access management issues or requests. This may include escalating Tier 3 items to various teams to coordinate support for internal tools. (i.e. access level configurations area access manager permissions urgent access escalations).Assist the Access Management Team with integrating new tools and processes before being released in a live initial onboard training to all new internal team members on all systems and tools required to function in the identified role. Including but not limited to new and/or existing internal tools and processes which may require with external teams including Lenel Systems Support and client teams to resolve any access control issues that are support to global teams that manage access control in their regions to ensure success in their daily operations. This may include support for access control tools used drafting communications maintaining the SharePoint with updated supporting documentation and policies. Monitor various email inboxes and ticket queues to quickly identify and resolve assistance with procedural review analysis and process deployment for the an in-depth knowledge of all established policies/procedures. Run export extrapolate and audit data for monthly reports for the client business on the needs of the business customer service responsibilities related to badge distribution may be COMPETENCIESHigh attention to detail and well-developed organizational to identify key issues and escalate as to work with external teams in a professional and courteous to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively making to learn new technically involved tasks as problem solving analysis and research to work in a team environment and able to complete tasks in a timely to work independently with little to no customer service experience with strong listening skills and to work professionally and productively with communications skills written and verbal with a strong understanding of English grammar and composition. MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDSMust be at least 18 years of have a reliable means of have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).Must have the legal right to work in the United have the ability to speak read and write have a High School Diploma or be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screening and a background AND EXPERIENCEAssociate degree and 3 years of work experience in a related field that demonstrates high-level support experience leveraging technology and systems. An equivalent combination of education certifications and/or experience
