The Role
We are seeking a senior HRIT leader to serve as the primary solutioning partner for global HR stakeholders and the head of our Product Owner team. This Director-level role is much more than backlog management you will be the strategic bridge between HR IT and the business driving technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Acting as the deputy to the Head of HRIT you will work directly with senior HR executives to translate business needs into system strategies shape policy through technology enablement and lead a five-person team of Product Owners into trusted solutioning partners for their respective domains.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned HRIT professional with both business acumen and technical depth to step into a visible enterprise-wide leadership role.

This is a remote role based anywhere in the US - strong preference for East Coast time-zones or in the UK. Please note that the compensation and benefits below apply only to US located roles.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $130000 - $160000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
