Description

Looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead a 23 months project supporting employee engagement for an enterprise wide service integration initiative. The role starts ASAP with a break over Christmas.

What Youll Do:

Partner with leaders and clinicians to develop and embed change and improve employee engagement.
Design and deliver leader-led or technical/transactional training.
Support teams navigating a new system focusing on people behaviour and adoption not just technology.
Work across both Private Health Insuranceand Health Servicesfunctions.
Facilitate meaningful conversations to help leaders and teams understand the why and the value of change.
