Description

Looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead a 23 months project supporting employee engagement for an enterprise wide service integration initiative. The role starts ASAP with a break over Christmas.

What Youll Do:

  • Partner with leaders and clinicians to develop and embed change and improve employee engagement.
  • Design and deliver leader-led or technical/transactional training.
  • Support teams navigating a new system focusing on people behaviour and adoption not just technology.
  • Work across both Private Health Insuranceand Health Servicesfunctions.
  • Facilitate meaningful conversations to help leaders and teams understand the why and the value of change.
