Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end solution design leveraging Financial Services Operations (FSO) and App Engine Studio.
Define scalable reusable architectures for automation data validation and integrations (Fiserv Verafin DocuSign Salesforce).
Collaborate with business analysts developers and QA to ensure alignment with functional and technical requirements.
Oversee platform performance data integrity and governance compliance.
Support agile sprint reviews and client workshops.

Requirements:

7 years of ServiceNow experience with 3 years as a Solution Architect.
Proven experience with FSO App Engine and Integration Hub.
Strong understanding of financial operations workflows and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
