Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs quantity takeoffs under supervision.
- Generate and review Bill of Materials
- Assist with development of the Build Cost Estimate
- Process in-field escalations from Build Team with a Change Request Participates in estimating activities such as preparing budgets cost studies and competitive bids
- Compile and process As-Builts post build to assists with development of the Build Cost Actual with a Change Request
- Performs general administrative functions
Qualifications:
- 1 years related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
- Strong computer background including experience with MS Office and any related estimating software
- Familiarity with construction documents and the ability to assist with construction document review
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Work Conditions:
- This is a work from home position
Compensation
$46400.00 - 63 800 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
