Service Desk Analyst
About the Role
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of technology solutions by helping to develop andimprove the existing and future systems & processes while working with internal business stakeholders to improveuser competence development and compliance to create operational efficiencies in Kinetics service desk delivery.
What You Will Do
- Respond to incoming queries via phone email or ticketing system and resolve issues related to hardware software network and user access.
- Diagnose and resolve problems with desktops laptops printers mobile devices and applications escalating more complex issues when necessary.
- Handle tasks like password resets account creation permission changes and onboarding/offboarding users in systems like Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
- Assist with hardware setup deployment and tracking of IT assets ensuring equipment is functioning and accounted for.
- Participate in rollouts of new systems software updates or infrastructure changes providing end-user support and feedback.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor of Information Technology/Information Systems or related discipline or substantial relevantexperience.
- Demonstrated experience and track record in a Service Desk Analyst role or similar.
- Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour.
- Proven ability in improving processes and driving change.
- Proven experience in partnering with the business to deliver strategic value.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations
