Job Summary:
Bay-CSS is looking for a compassionate individual to join our team as a CDS/Meaningful Day staff member at our Anne Arundel location. The primary focus of this role involves creating and facilitating engaging daily activities for individuals with diverse abilities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar capacity is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Genuine interest in supporting the personal development and well-being of individuals with diverse abilities
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and implement care plans effectively
- Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation and car insurance
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily activities that promote social interaction personal growth and skill development for program participants
- Assist individuals in accessing and integrating into community resources and activities
- Provide direct support during activities while encouraging active participation
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of participation and progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall satisfaction and well-being of program participants
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to uphold the health and security of individuals in your care
- Attend relevant training sessions and workshops to stay informed about industry best practices

This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm at our Anne Arundel location. The compensation for this role is $21 per hour.
