As an Automation Intern you wont just observe youll contribute meaningfully to real-world projects that support the design and construction of advanced facilities for clients in the life sciences and food & beverage industries.     Responsibilities 

    • Developing project documents (e.g. calculations reports construction drawings and specifications etc.) for clients in coordination with regulatory bodies and industry standards. 
    • Assisting with development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under direction of the project team lead.
    • Coordinating with other disciplines and other internal and external team members (e.g. vendors clients and contractors).

    Qualifications :

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited program
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote)
    • Strong interest in the Food & Beverage or Life Sciences industries
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and with internal and external stakeholders (vendors clients contractors)
    • Eagerness to learn about the AEC industry and apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering applications
    • Willingness to relocate or work in one of CRBs internship locations which may include:
      Kansas City (MO) Raleigh (NC) Orange County (CA) Philadelphia (PA) St. Louis (MO) Boston (MA) San Diego (CA) Kalamazoo (MI) Denver (CO) and/or Rockville (MD)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Working towards Fundamental of Engineering Exam registration or completion preferred
    • Familiarity with Engineering Software Application including computer aided drafting process modeling and calculations programs
    • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards within the AEC industry
    • Prior internship or co-op experience in Electrical Engineering or related field
