Ansell is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Malaysia!

In this position you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class recruitment experiences across APAC. You will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of recruitment activities from operational excellence to regional initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries.

What your role will be

  1. End-to-End Recruitment
    1. Lead the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles from sourcing and screening to interview facilitation and offer management.
    2. Support local as well as regional recruitment programs employer branding campaigns and career fairs gaining exposure to large-scale initiatives across diverse markets.
    3. Track and report recruitment outcomes through regional dashboards providing timely insights to business leaders.
  2. Candidate Experience & Interview Management
    1. Champion a seamless candidate journey by ensuring timely professional and service-oriented communication.

    2. Act as an HR representative in interviews (when required) consolidating feedback and supporting fair and informed hiring decisions.
  3. Offer & Onboarding Support
    1. Partner with C&B and Hiring Managers to prepare competitive offers aligned with regional standards.
    2. Oversee the offer process pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth new hires transition.

  4. Data Management & Reporting

    1. Maintain accurate recruitment status and dashboards ensuring visibility of requisition status candidate progress and outcomes.
    2. Produce reports for both local and regional stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.

  5. Stakeholder Engagement

    1. Build effective working relationships with hiring managers candidates and regional partners.
    2. Facilitate communication to continuously improve the recruitment process.

  6. Additional Responsibilities

    1. Contribute to regional projects and initiatives offering hands-on involvement in shaping recruitment practices across APAC.
    2. Achieve individuals hiring targets while supporting the collective success of the regional team.

What will you bring to Ansell

  1. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
  2. Strong skills in organizing prioritizing and managing multiple tasks across countries and stakeholders.
  3. Confidence with data including analyzing recruitment trends and preparing accurate reports.
  4. Relationship-building ability to partner effectively with hiring managers candidates and regional teams.
  5. Excellent communication in business-standard English (additional languages a plus).
  6. Comfort with technology including MS Office ATS and other recruitment tools.
  7. Adaptability and resilience with the ability to handle challenges and adjust communication styles as needed.
