Employment type: Full Time w-2 or Contract
Rate: open to Negotiation

Operations Support:
This position requires familiarity with troubleshooting application and/or system problems and familiarity working with messaging or other applications and/or technology related to communications.
This position is responsible for visually monitoring computer system displays for any anomalies and performing corrective actions as required. This position requires the ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor. This position supports a 24x7x365 operational environment and averages 42 hours per week with occasional overtime. The individual must be able to support day or night shift weekends and be able to complete 12-hour shifts. The work schedule is subject to change at the program managers discretion.
Operations Support Personnel must have Operations and Communications background and be able to complete the Operator Certification process and maintain certification throughout employment. Operations personnel will interface directly with system users and the government customer
