This position will be based in Charlotte NC.

Summary of Role
Palmetto is seeking a highly organized and people oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in creating a seamless candidate experience and ensuring smooth execution of the hiring process from scheduling interviews and managing logistics to supporting onboarding and new hire orientation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys collaborating across teams to bring the best talent to Palmetto.

Strategic & Tactical

Candidate Experience & Scheduling

• Manage all aspects of interview coordination for candidates across multiple roles and functions including complex multi-panel scheduling and rescheduling needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process ensuring a positive timely and professional experience.
• Greet and host candidates visiting the Charlotte office ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for interviews.
• Maintain accuracy and organization of interview loops scorecards and feedback timelines within Greenhouse.

Recruiting Operations & Administrative Support

• Support recruiters and hiring managers with Greenhouse data entry job postings and requisition management.
• Ensure timely completion of background checks and reference checks as needed.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

• Collaborate with the People Operations team to coordinate new hire onboarding and assist in facilitating the new hire rotation program.
• Support employee engagement efforts tied to onboarding and orientation.
• And other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in recruiting coordination HR operations or administrative support (fast-paced growth-oriented company experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate and new hire experiences.
