Were hiring a hands-on data-driven Head of Growth to own and execute paid user acquisition across key performance channels. This role is focused on day-to-day campaign leadershipbuilding testing optimizing and scalingnot agency oversight or a strategy-only seat. What youll do
Own paid acquisition end-to-end
- Plan launch and manage paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta TikTok Google and other relevant channels
- Own day-to-day campaign setup pacing optimization testing and scaling
Optimize performance with structured testing
- Monitor and improve KPIs including CPA CAC ROAS LTV
- Run structured experiments across audiences creative angles messaging bids budgets and placements
- Identify trends quickly and take action to improve efficiency and growth
Partner on creative and funnel performance
- Work closely with creative/content teams to develop and iterate ad creative based on performance insights
- Collaborate with product and marketing to improve landing pages onboarding flows and conversion paths
Lead attribution and measurement
- Maintain accurate attribution and measurement using an MMP (e.g. Singular)
- Ensure data integrity across channels and use attribution insights to guide budget allocation and testing priorities
Drive growth experimentation
- Identify and test new channels formats and tactics to unlock incremental growth
- Continuously improve efficiency and scale what works
Operate within compliance requirements
- Execute campaigns within the constraints of the finance/credit space ensuring alignment with platform policies and regulatory requirements
What were looking for
- 25 years of hands-on growth marketing or paid media experience
- Experience in a DTC environment with direct ownership of acquisition and performance outcomes
- Proven ability to manage paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end (execution optimization analysis scaling)
- Required: experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns
- Strong background with mobile-first products and performance marketing metrics/optimization levers
- Experience with attribution tools and customer journey analytics (Singular strongly preferred; comparable tools acceptable)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions
- Comfortable operating independently with high ownership and accountability
- Fintech or other regulated industry experience is a plus not required
Bonus points
- Incrementality testing cohort analysis or advanced attribution modeling
- Track record of scaling spend efficiently across multiple paid channels
- Experience partnering closely with a Creative Strategist and testing high volumes of creative in a performance-driven environment (dozens per week)
