Job Summary

 

Ready to lead a dynamic sales team and drive exceptional growth in digital advertising Were seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our Key & Corporate Account Management team where passion for digital media meets recruitment industry expertise. Youll be the driving force behind our most strategic client relationships while building a high-performing team that consistently exceeds targets.

You will manage and develop talented account managers who serve our corporate clients ensuring they deliver outstanding customer experiences that make JobStreet the partner of choice. Through your leadership youll drive profitable growth across individual and team sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Success in this role means building lasting client relationships achieving ambitious revenue targets and developing the next generation of sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Key & Corporate Account Management team focused on digital media and advertising sales
  • Deliver strong individual and team sales growth while maintaining profitability and balanced account portfolios
  • Mentor and train sales team members ensuring accountability for monthly revenue and market share targets
  • Ensure effective customer account management with regular client contact and relationship maintenance across all team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service that becomes the cornerstone of every clients JobStreet experience
  • Supervise team progress and provide mentorship to help achieve critical performance metrics
  • Ensure team compliance with all JobStreet policies and maintain high professional standards

 


Qualifications :

Skills Experience and Competencies

  • Minimum 8 years proven experience in advertising digital media sales FMCG or related industry environments
  • At least 3 years key account management experience with demonstrated strong sales track record
  • Ability to work independently with strong commercial acumen presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven capability to mentor train and lead Corporate & Key Account Managers effectively
  • Strong team leadership skills with ability to retain and motivate sales professionals long-term
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive actionable insights from market data and sales performance metrics
  • Must have strong presentation skills that appeals to audience emotionally
