Job Summary
At Gerresheimer we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector who will contribute to strengthening commercial relationships and developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise knowledge of the regulatory environment and a strong customer-oriented mindset ensuring professional service and effective solutions to client needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in managing APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).
- Knowledge in Regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Customer service and client relationship management.
- Market strategy analysis and business prospecting.
- Experience in performing financial and feasibility studies for projects.
- Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and international regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
