PARTNER AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Responsible for managing multiple accounts requiring coordination with various partners and cross-functional team verticals.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality account services fostering a high level of partner satisfaction.
Build trust and accountability within the partnerships program at all organizational levels by cultivating strong cross-functional relationships and effective ways of working.
Collaborate closely with internal Media and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on all partnership deliverables and expectations.
MARKETING & STRATEGY
Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies that effectively highlight the combined value of both partner brands and Red Bull.
Prepare financial analyses and establish marketing business terms to support new opportunities within the organization including negotiating business terms under legal supervision.
Collaborate closely with Media Network and Programming teams to create impactful social media plans that promote partner content.
Partner with Production teams to oversee the development and execution of content creation and event production.
Create and manage production budgets as well as internal profit and loss statements (P&Ls).
Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic media buying selling and distribution processes to communicate them effectively.
Analyze financial data and statements to identify opportunities for improving profitability.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT
Project manage assignments within the organization and with internal teams/agencies from project kick off through execution to completion and renewal
Lead and recap weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure the Red Bull Partner is consistently and appropriately communicated
Manage internal workflow processes with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
Promote a positive work environment to allow employee engagement
Qualifications :
8 years of experience in sales and business development specifically in event sponsorships digital/print media and content production
Strong influencer with a sales-oriented mindset established external relationships with top brands and expertise in accelerating audience growth to generate revenue for Red Bull and its partners
Proven success in implementing strategic solutions utilizing quantitative analytics
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient understanding of long-form contracts and legal frameworks ensuring adherence to corporate policies
Expert in partnerships capable of contributing beyond core responsibilities
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and other creative tools for pre- and post-planning activities
Bachelors degree preferred

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
