Job Summary
- In depth knowledge of our property offerings and luxury service standards.
- Minimum of one year of experience in luxury hospitality guest services or logistics.
- Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Excellent verbal written data entry and interpersonal communication skills in English. Additional foreign language preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage preferred.
- Proficiency in software including in Opera HotSOS Birch Street Micros and Tacit preferred.
