Were seeking an experienced Regional Demand Planner Lead to drive forecasting excellence across America. In this strategic role youll orchestrate demand planning processes across America managing a planning horizon of 3-48 months. Youll bridge Commercial Marketing and Supply Chain functions while leading a talented team of demand planners to deliver exceptional results across this expansive region. This is a dual-role opportunity combining hands-on leadership with direct responsibility for demand planning.
Duties:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3 Demand Planners driving continuous improvement across all Americas Commercial Units
- Own the monthly regional demand review process ensuring accurate forecasts timely SAP submissions and robust KPI monitoring
- Establish and maintain efficient S&OP decision-making platforms in partnership with Regional Supply Operations Leads
- Drive annual 5-year demand planning cycles aligning Commercial Marketing and Supply functions to strategic goals
- Provide analytical insights through variance analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision-making at regional and global levels
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Supply Chain Management or related field; APICS or ISM certifications highly desirable
- Proven experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management with a track record of leading and developing high-performing planning teams
- Deep proficiency in SAP IBP and forecasting methodologies with strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence across diverse multicultural environments
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Additional Information :
Salary for this role is $100800 - $187200 per year.
