Position Overview:
Were seeking a dedicated Cosmetology Instructor who is passionate about making a difference in students lives. The ideal candidate is a true team player follows direction well and is committed to fostering a positive growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students in hair nails esthetics and/or advanced esthetics programs and Barbering
- Provide hands-on instruction and practical demonstrations in a clinical setting
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to deliver a cohesive high-quality education
- Model professionalism safety and current industry standards
- Support students progress confidence and readiness for state board exams
What Were Looking For:
- Licensed Cosmetologist
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive supportive attitude
- Ability to follow established curriculum and school protocols
- Passion for teamwork student success and making a difference
