Job Summary
The Operations Assistant Tier 1 is responsible for using Synergy software to encode video verify Synergy website statistics and verification of uploaded videos.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Encoding video with our proprietary software
Verifying Synergy website statistics
Verification of uploaded video
Other Operations duties as assigned
