Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on various systems including air-conditioning electrical refrigeration fire and life safety equipment plumbing and kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Maintain guest rooms F&B outlets function areas and front/back of house facilities.
- Communicate with engineering management regarding potential improvements and service disruptions.
- Implement safe work practices efficient methods and proper preventative maintenance and repair procedures.
- Develop skills through training and hands-on experience.
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
Qualifications :
Diploma/ Graduation
Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise
