Job Summary

MEFF is the new department chartered to bring and build media analytics solutions MMM and MMT back to NIQ portfolio of products. It fits well in the larger Brand and Media solutions under the SA&I portfolio which combines capabilities in Consumer Insights Brand and Customer Experience Advertising Innovation Pricing and Revenue Management Shopper and Retail Insights and Business Drivers and Forecasting we are the only player in this space that can deliver the Full ViewTM.

The strategic Initiative customer success role is to work on key initiatives that will help our existing solution process workflows and deliverables get faster and of better quality.

He/she collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans monitor progress and ensure successful execution. The key areas of focus are:

  • Cycle time and processes optimization - look at the existing process identify bottlenecks interdependencies and help define a process that works faster thus enabling faster cycle time. This needs closely working with the consultants and products team collect requirements drive change and own timelines.
  • Customer Success RACI : refine accountabilities that sit with consulting vs modelling CoE define clear handovers and enablers.
  • Upskilling & Training team across consulting and CoE
    • CoE is an important clog in the wheel for model delivery and the team is relatively new and raw. The role will focus on upskilling the CoE. Define modelling best practices build on-boarding and upskilling training and certification toolkits co-ordinate with consultants to build the tool kits needed for delivery.
    • Engage in global SA&I CS training efforts to release an on-boarding program for new consultants and consultative skills training
  • Commercial implication   CoE revenue/FTE to $280k from the current $ 200k as a result of process improvement and upskilling.
  • Solution expert knowing the solution build guardrails work with the commercial teams to streamline sales process scoping and standardizing deliverables. 

Skills:

  • Experience running complex programs and projects preferably leading project teams
  • Strategic analytical systems thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to aim for higher ground
  • Ability to work well in a diverse cross functional team environment
  • Personal commitment to product management discipline and best practices
  • Hands-on entrepreneurial and nimble while also able to navigate a global matrix environment
  • Marketing Effectiveness business experience is a must
