A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer with an excellent reputation for quality service and customer care.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the Service Department ensuring their vehicles are processed in line with manufacturer and company standards.
- Manage the Service Department diary efficiently to maximise technician utilisation.
- Promote the dealerships service facilities to encourage repeat business across Sales and Aftersales.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure professional service at every stage.
- Upsell service repair and parts options to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership Service Advisor role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Professional ambitious and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Confident managing a busy service environment while maintaining high standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary:basic
- OTE:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 6:00pm
- Benefits: Company pension performance-related bonus
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required
