What you will do

• Support the kitchen team with daily prep and service making sure every dish leaves the pass looking (and tasting) spot on.
• Keep your section clean organised and ready for action at all times.
• Make sure things are running without a hitch orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed our service is smooth as chipotle butter and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
• Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas.
• Pay attention to the details to ensure every dish served is as delicious as the one before!
