Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Specialist spanning Integration Infrastructure Security and Data to enable robust secure foundations for both AI and nonAI workloads. You will design and operate Azure landing zones implement enterprisegrade security engineer integrations across Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems and support data pipelines that power analytics and AI.
You will work handson while also advising on architecture and governance collaborating with Security Infrastructure and Product teams to ensure solutions are scalable compliant and costeffective. You will build automation observability and documentation that make our platforms reliable and auditable.
This role suits a Tshaped technologist with depth in at least two domains and breadth across the Microsoft stack who can navigate ambiguity and deliver pragmatic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate Azure landing zones networks identity and resource hierarchies following best practices.
- Implement InfrastructureasCode (Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub) for repeatable environments.
- Engineer integrations using REST/Graph APIs webhooks Logic Apps and Event Grid/Service Bus patterns.
- Harden identity and access (Entra ID Conditional Access PIM) and implement leastprivilege controls.
- Deploy and tune security controls (Defender for Cloud Sentinel) with alerting and incident workflows.
- Establish governance (Azure Policy tagging cost management) and operational runbooks.
- Support data platforms and pipelines (Azure SQL Data Factory Synapse Databricks) for analytics/AI.
- Implement monitoring/observability (Azure Monitor Log Analytics) and SLO/SLI reporting.
- Collaborate with InfoSec on risk assessments compliance (GDPR/ISO) and data protection for AI.
- Provide L3 support and technical guidance; document architectures standards and KBs.
Qualifications :
Skills & Competencies
- Azure architecture (compute networking storage) identity and security fundamentals.
- Microsoft 365/Graph API Power Platform and integration patterns.
- Security engineering (Defender Sentinel) governance and compliance knowhow.
- Data platform familiarity (Azure SQL Synapse Data Factory/Databricks) and data quality practices.
- DevOps/automation (Bicep/Terraform pipelines) and scripting (PowerShell).
- Observability and reliability engineering; incident response and RCA.
- Strong documentation stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
- Pragmatic outcomeoriented mindset with bias for automation.
- Experience enabling AI/ML workloads in Azure is a plus.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance speed cost and risk.
Qualifications
Required:
- 7 years across the Microsoft stack (Azure M365 Power Platform integration or data).
- Depth in at least two domains: Integration Infrastructure Security Data.
- Handson experience with Azure administration/architecture and identity/security controls.
- Proficiency with APIs/Graph scripting (PowerShell) and CI/CD automation.
- Preferred:
- Relevant certifications: AZ305/104 SC200/300 DP203 (or similar).
- Experience in hybrid environments and enterprise networking.
- Background supporting AI/ML workloads and data governance.
- Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps practices.
