As a Global Audio Engineering Graduate in R&D you will go through three 8-months rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st 2026 you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.

The team you will be part of:
Within our R&D organization you will find colleagues of diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Our product portfolio spans the entire GN Group and ranges from hearing aids and headsets to video and gaming equipment.
Moreover you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within R&D while others are exploring areas such as Finance Marketing People & Communications Digital Data & IT or Operations.
As part of the graduate program you will have the opportunity to:
Work in an agile set up where you will collaborate closely with audio engineering and testing teams.
Work with the device acoustics incl. transducers audio signal processing algorithms vibro-acoustic simulations.
Create prototypes and conduct acoustic measurements and subjective listening tests to verify performance.
Work on different product categories such as speakerphones A/V systems for meeting rooms headsets for communication/music as well as gaming and hearing aids.
To thrive in the role we imagine that you
Have a masters degree in Acoustic Engineering Electrical Engineering Physics or related field - or expect to graduate before September 2026 with good academic performance
Have maximum one years full-time work experience post- graduation
Have international experience through internship study abroad or volunteering
Have knowledge in the fields of acoustics and audio signal processing
Be motivated by audio development.
Have skills to program in Matlab Python and C.
Possess effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
