Job Summary

At Tetra Pak we work to ensure sustainable and efficient solutions for the food industry. We are looking for an Industrial Engineer who will play a key role in our World Class Manufacturing (WCM) journey and contribute to optimizing processes reducing waste and strengthening quality in our production.

You will join a dedicated team where you will have the opportunity to work with advanced methods data analysis and the implementation of improvement projects in a global company with strong values.

The position is based in eitherAalborgor inAarhus Denmark.

What you will do

  • Drive and implement WCM principles and Lean initiatives in production.
  • Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities for efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain standards for work methods and ergonomics.
  • Support ISO certifications ( 45001) and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs and report results to management.

We believe you have

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or WCM is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel Power BI SAP is a plus).
  • Fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken.
