Smart Savvy Associates is pleased to partner with a Vancouver-based residential property developer in their search for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The right person for this role is a strong general marketer who is confident in handling all angles of a marketing plan from print digital and experiential. This is a role that requires confidence and marketing experience in the residential real estate industry as it plays a key role on this small team.

As the Sr Marketing Coordinator you will...

Support marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital print and event channels for residential projects.
Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials in line with brand standards.
Partner with Sales to deliver campaigns and collateral that drive engagement and conversions.
Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities website updates email and social media.
Track and report on campaign metrics offering insights and optimization recommendations.
Coordinate with external agencies designers and vendors to ensure timely high-quality deliverables.
Assist with launches events and open houses to support project success.

You have...

3 years of experience in real estate marketing; senior coordinator experience preferred.
Post-secondary education in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Strong grasp of digital marketing branding and content strategy.
Confident organized and skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Canva) and digital platforms (social media CMS).
Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Vancouver Island for project visits and events (12 times biweekly).

Additional details

$75000 - $90000 PLUS extended health benefits education benefits and more.
