Job Summary
- Liaise with the Department Manager regarding supervision of contractors within the Hotel ensuring work is to the standard required by Accor and manufacture specifications.
- Assist with the implementation of strategies for the effective control of all Mechanical Electrical and Hydraulic Services within the Hotel.
- In conjunction with the Department Manager develop implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimise expenses as well as procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the department.
- Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience supervising the maintenance function with supervisory qualifications desirable.
- Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
