Job Summary
At Novotel Sydney Darling Harbour we are seeking a dynamic and energetic people person to join our busy Front Office team as a Front Office All-Rounder and assist in delivering a high level of customer service at all times. This role will include exposure to all areas of the Front Office function.
- Deliver service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Complete a wide variety of front office tasks which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotels facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts
- Provide passionate knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standard
- Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift.
- Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera Cloud
- The ability to work under pressure multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests smile during their stay
- Available to work on a rotating roster including mornings afternoons and overnight shifts (as requested)
- Valid Australian working rights
