Job Summary:
As an Experienced Chevrolet Warranty Administrator at Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball TX you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for Chevrolet vehicles. This role requires attention to detail and a deep understanding of warranty policies and procedures.
About Us:Parkway is locally owned and operated. We have been in the Houston area for more than 40 years. We have three locations Parkway Chevrolet Parkway Family Kia and Parkway Family Mazda. We operate elite state-of-the-art service departments.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with factory regarding warranty issues
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and approvals
- Maintains and files repair orders; lists missing documents.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate claim submissions
- Stay up-to-date on Chevrolet warranty policies and procedures
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controller.
- Provides clerical assistance to parts and service departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of vehicle warranty administration required preferably in a Chevrolet dealership
- Valid Drivers License required.
- High School Diploma or GED minimum required education.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems
