The Role
The Percy Hedley Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a RecruitmentAdministratorto join our team. You will support the HR and Recruitment function of the charity byassisting with the recruitment journey for our applicants.
At Percy Hedley we are always looking for talented people to join the team and you will be a key player in will worktogether with the Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Business partner to provide a comprehensive recruitment service to the foundation publishing advert and finding the right candidates.
The successful candidate will truly be a people person keen to speak with our candidates andtohelp facilitate every part of the onboarding process. Building and maintaining relationships is key to this role.
It is critical that the successful candidate has good attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of their work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also important as well as the ability to work constructively across teams and sites.
Experience of working within recruitment services in a relevant environment such as health social care or education is highly is a hybrid role with 3 days working within the office and 2 days working from home some travel to other sites and events will also be required.
