Partner with the best
Plan and organize logistics and warehouse activities including shipping receiving picking packing and inventory management. Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
As a Services Specialist Warehouse and logistic Ops you will:
Oversee and coordinate external supplier personnel to ensure adequate coverage of all scheduled work shifts
Contact suppliers to request quotations based on specific internal customer requirements and issue purchase requests
Continuously improve processes and implement technological enhancements required by the business
Prepare shipping documentation (pro-forma invoices customs documents hazardous materials paperwork etc).
Communicate with transport providers and suppliers.
Manage loading/unloading of goods and verify documentation.
Oversee internal logistics and material movements including forklift operations.
Maintain storage areas and ensure cleanliness and organization.
Update records and manage transfers between sites.
Organize warehouse layout labeling and shelving.
Monitor inventory levels ensure stock accuracy and correct level of stock according to production needs
Implement HSEQ principles and compliance in warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
Diploma in logistics or warehouse management.
Forklift license and proven experience in warehouse operations coordination
Knowledge of shipping documentation and logististic procedures.
Ability to manage hazardous materials and safety standards.
Experience with inventory control systems and ERP tools (Oracle Maximo Supply Point Sharepoint)
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
Adaptability to dynamic environments and deadlines.
