Program Associate / Office Assistant
accessAbilities a non-profit Agency providing Early Intervention Services to families and children throughout western PA is seeking a full time Office Associate to join our team in the Export PAoffice!
The Program Associate will perform data entry duties to provide the highest level of support to internal and external customers while maintaining Early Intervention Program database information.
The priority for the Assistant role is accurately and confidentially entering tracking updating and maintaining Early Intervention database information and preparing reports as required.
Administrative duties phone calls and customer service tasks are the main job duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED
Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information in a responsible manner
Demonstrated ability to complete basic computer tasks or Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Current drivers license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle
Preferred:
Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field
One (1) year of clerical business and/or office experience
Experience working in Home and Community Services or Early Intervention field
The position is full-time working a normal schedule of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
