General Description:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk completes the day-to-day field collections process. This includes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) uploads/entry customer statement releases overdue invoice calls account credit payout recommendation and oversight on changes to the underlying accounting system (AX).
Pay: $53000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Support Company Vision and Culture
- Oversee Customer Accounts
- EDI Customer Invoice Entry and Maintenance
- Mediate Collection Communications
- Progress Current Accounts Receivable Processes
What We Need From You:
A minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and work under tight deadlines
- High level of integrity and business acumen including the responsibility to maintain confidentiality of external customer information
- Certificate or diploma in business administration accounting or a related area. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is an asset
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
