Job Summary

We are currently supporting our client a leading importer and distributor of medical equipment and consumables in their search for a Sales Specialist to join their team in Sofia.

The company has been present on the Bulgarian market for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation as a trusted and professional partner to hospitals and healthcare institutions across the country. Their success is driven by a team of dedicated experts high professional standards and a commitment to long-term partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell medical equipment and consumables to clients and healthcare institutions;

  • Prepare offers tailored to specific client needs;

  • Participate in the organization and execution of events congresses and exhibitions coordinating booth setup product demonstrations and client consultations;

  • Conduct market analysis and monitor trends in the medical equipment sector;

  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new medical devices in collaboration with the service department;

  • Provide user training for medical staff on operating the equipment;

  • Regularly travel across the country to visit clients and develop long-term business relationships;

  • Perform other related tasks assigned within the scope of the position.

Requirements:

  • University degree (technical or related field) or specialized secondary education;

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with standard software tools;

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);

  • Valid drivers license;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships;

  • Proactive energetic and creative approach to work;

  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

  • High level of work discipline professionalism and integrity;

  • Willingness to learn and develop a deep technical understanding of the companys equipment;

  • Loyalty reliability and professionalism towards colleagues management and clients.

An advantage:
Experience or knowledge in the field of anesthesiology and intensive care.
