Schedule: 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Sunday
Contract Options: 4h / 6h / 8h shifts available
About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant you will deliver professional and friendly assistance to users of Google services.
Youll handle non-technical troubleshooting provide accurate information and ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
Responsibilities

Support customers via chat phone or email with product-related inquiries.

Resolve non-technical issues for Play Store gPay Google for Families Books and Movies.

Ensure all cases are handled with care empathy and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service levels.
Requirements
-
Fluency in Icelandic and English written and spoken.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Tech-savvy with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
-
Previous experience in customer service or a contact center is an advantage.
Relocation Support
If youre relocating to Sofia well make your move easy with:

150 euros monthly rental allowance for the duration of the contract (typical rent in Sofia: 250-400 euros).

80 euros flight reimbursement (paid upon arrival or with first salary).
