What youll do as a Content writer
Create knowledge base articles training materials and updates across all Xvantage pillars while maintaining consistency and high quality
Develop content ideas and topics for help articles aligned with the main topic tree
Ensure all content is accurate engaging and relevant
Maintain and update existing articles with necessary revisions
Regularly update content based on release notes
Collaborate with other creators and teams on joint projects
Publish and manage content across designated platforms and tools
What youll bring
Fluency in English (B2-C1)
1-3 years of functional experience on a content writer content creation or a similar role is considered as an advantage
University degree in Marketing or similar (an advantage)
Experience with content creating tools (Zendesk and Kentico are a plus) as well as MS Office
Ability to perform duties with accuracy and a strong degree of urgency;
Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
