Job Summary
Were looking for German and French-speaking Content Moderators to join an exciting social media project in Porto Portugal.
In this role youll ensure that user-generated content meets platform standards helping create a safe and engaging online space for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

Review analyze and moderate user-generated content in German or French

Apply platform guidelines to maintain a safe community environment

Identify and escalate potentially sensitive or inappropriate content

Ensure high accuracy and consistency in content decisions

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user safety and content quality
Requirements

Fluency in German or French (B2 level or native)

Good English communication skills (B2)

Cultural awareness and sensitivity to online trends

Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience

Tech-savvy with good typing and multitasking skills

Prior experience in content moderation social media or customer support is a plus

Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
