Job Title: Supervisor Warehouse

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor Warehouse at Milton ON to join our Warehouse Team. Shift Work Continental Shift (12 Hours Rotating)

Your future team:

You will become part of the Warehouse team reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The team consists of 8-12 team members.

What you will be doing:

Lead day to day warehouse operations and supervise up to 12 operators and 1 Lead hand.
Ensure on time in full customer deliveries and manage floor space using FIFO standards.
Maintain a clean safe workplace; enforce PPE H&S policies and lockout procedures.
Use SAP for inventory posting and shipping documentation; coordinate gate/trailer movements.
Liaise with production planning traffic and customer service to resolve inventory and shipping issues.
Identify and remove damaged product manage pallet/storage flow and ensure product quality handling.
Keep accurate records and logbooks complete required paperwork coach staff and support continuous improvement.

What you bring:

Technical College graduate but not mandatory.
3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced high-volume warehouse logistics or supply chain environment.
Strong people development and training skills
Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
Computer literate with experience in MS Office (Word Excel)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SAP or any WMS is an asset.
Prior experience with Lean/ Continuous Improvement
