About the Role
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. Work grounds maintenance (gardening and mowing) on commercial sites located around Melbournes Northern suburbs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping with a dedication to outdoor work.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks such as planting weeding pruning and watering.
- Mow lawns trim edges and care for turf areas.
- Prepare soil mulch and plant beds.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
What youll need
- Previous experience in landscaping gardening or a related field required.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers License.
- National Police Check mandatory.
- White Card.
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
