Job Summary

A growing company is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to help analyze strategize and guide financial decisions for future growth. The ideal candidate has a strong financial acumen and can transform data into actionable insights that drive long-term strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

Analyzing financial data to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions
Developing budgets forecasts and financial models
Partnering with leadership to identify opportunities for cost optimization
Preparing performance reports and variance analyses
Providing insight and recommendations to support business planning

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills
Experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: $150k - $250k/Year Bonus
