Job Summary

Activities Supervisor will assist the Activities Director in all event management duties for all activities during the season specficied. An Administrative License through the BOEE is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities (may not be all inclusive):

Facility opening and closing
Scheduling of event workers
Set up of ticket taking and management of gate operations
Event set up - i.e. facility entry and exits scoreboards sound etc.
Communication with administration coaches community etc.
Officials management - i.e. meet & greet escort to proper location assist with needs throughout the event
Assists teams/groups with organization and supplies
Works with event security to manage events
Works with Booster Club/concession to manage events
Other duties as assigned
