As an Experienced Associate you will be a core problem solver in the Bengaluru team. Youll perform analyses build models and cocreate deliverables that drive client decisions while growing rapidly through coaching and onthejob learning.

Competency Overview: Enterprise & Functional Strategy


The Operations Strategy team works with clients across industriessupporting engagements -

  • Developing enterprise and functional strategy (operating model supply chain manufacturing & service operations) in partnership with C-suite executives
  • Conducting operational due diligence to assess process and technology landscapes and create POVs
  • Advising clients on transformationoperating model redesign network optimization S&OP/planning logistics inventory sourcing & procurement
  • Developing future state strategies for Operations driven digital transformation (analytics automation GenAI)

Job Description

  • Diagnostic & design
    • Gather data validate accuracy and prepare baseline views.
    • Build models develop analysis and draft findings
    • Draft future state recommendations catalog impact / implications and draft change strategy based on feedback and guidance
  • Execution & value tracking
    • Maintain trackers meeting notes and action logs; iterate analyses and slides based on feedback.

Core responsibilities of Experienced Associate would entail (but not limited to)

As part of the team youll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients address complex business challenges. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze datasets perform benchmarks and create clear exhibits to support hypotheses
  • Document asis processes; support time studies valuestream mapping and KPI baselining
  • Contribute to futurestate design workshops and creation of playbooks/standard work
  • Support PMO routines (plans RAID status) and quality checks on deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with peers in Mexico and US teams; take feedback and iterate quickly

Must-have skills

  • Apply analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to support evaluation of operational challenges and opportunities
  • Clean interpret and visualize data to produce accurate analyses and clear exhibits
  • Contribute to development of cost optimization sourcing and supply chain analyses under guidance
  • Leverage GenAI automation and digital analytics tools to improve data quality and delivery efficiency
  • Communicate findings succinctly in written and verbal formats; iterate quickly based on feedback
  • Build trusted working relationships through teamwork proactive ownership and stakeholder support
  • Apply Lean and continuous improvement concepts to improve process efficiency
  • Support operating model design manufacturing strategy and procurement transformation initiatives

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelors degree (engineering statistics business or related)
  • 24 years experience in operations supply chain manufacturing or business analysis; consulting exposure preferred
  • Proficiency with excel/sheets and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools and basic scripting
