En qué consiste este trabajo:

Esta posición es la cara visible de MeLi responsable de crear una experiencia excepcional para empleados y visitantes desde el momento en que ingresan a las instalaciones. El rol proporciona un servicio de recepción y atención al cliente de alto nivel personificando los valores de MeLi y asegurando que cada interacción refleje el ExperienceX: Pulse Program. Como primer punto de contacto el Embajador de Huéspedes establece el tono para toda la experiencia en las instalaciones de la empresa.

Sus tareas diarias incluirán:

Dar la bienvenida y orientar a empleados y visitantes proporcionando información sobre servicios e instalaciones disponibles

Gestionar el registro de visitantes y la emisión de credenciales temporales siguiendo protocolos de seguridad establecidos

Coordinar reservas de salas de reuniones y espacios comunes asegurando disponibilidad y configuración adecuada

Manejar consultas generales y dirigir a las personas a los recursos apropiados dentro de la organización

Mantener un ambiente acogedor y profesional en el área de recepción reflejando los estándares de la marca MeLi

Gestionar la logística de llegada para visitantes VIP y eventos especiales coordinando con equipos internos

Recopilar y comunicar feedback de visitantes y empleados sobre su experiencia para mejora continua

Calificaciones Requeridas:

Diploma de educación secundaria o equivalente; educación superior en hospitalidad comunicaciones o campo relacionado preferida

2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente recepción o roles de hospitalidad

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español

Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales y orientación natural al servicio al cliente

Competencia en uso de computadoras y sistemas de gestión de oficina básicos

Capacidad para mantener profesionalismo y discreción en todo momento

Flexibilidad para adaptarse a cambios en procedimientos y prioridades

Calificaciones Preferidas:

Conocimiento básico de inglés para atender visitantes internacionales

Experiencia previa en entornos corporativos o tecnológicos

Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de visitantes y reservas de salas

Conocimiento de protocolo empresarial y etiqueta profesional

Experiencia en gestión de eventos o logística de visitantes VIP

Habilidades básicas en resolución de problemas y manejo de situaciones imprevistas

Comprensión de principios de experiencia del cliente y cultura organizacional
