Your opportunity
In this newly created role youll work closely with the Senior Administration Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Westfield Sydney. This is a dynamic and varied position with a strong focus on financial administration.
Day to day youll be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of the annual asset budgets ensuring finances are managed to achieve budget outcomes.
- On-going analysis and management of centre profit and loss reports including reviewing and processing monthly accruals and journals (including prepayments).
- Conducting accurate and timely analysis of financial risks and opportunities in order to present recommendations to the Asset Team.
- Conducting bi-monthly forecasting of budgets.
- Managing all centre daily banking reconciliations accounts payable and the daily running of the office.
This is a full-time opportunity and as a part of our operational team you will also have duty management responsibilities from time to time too where youll be required to work a weekend shift (on a roster) which will be balanced with a day off in lieu.
