About the role
CrewSELECT is seeking Mechanical Fitters for a large-scale plant construction project in Yatala. Youll play a key role in structural mechanical and piping installation works supporting the build from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install spools valves and instrumentation
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Perform mechanical fitting and alignment tasks
- Unbox prepare and position plant components
- Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project targets
Qualifications/Experience required
- Trade Qualified Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter)
- White/Blue Construction Card
- Strong construction or SMP experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Highly regarded (not essential)
- Working at Heights
- Rigging or Dogman ticket
- Telehandler or EWP licence
Whats on offer
- $60/hr penalties super
- MondayFriday 6am4:30pm
- Long-term project through Dec 2025 (potential extension)
- Major new plant build offering stable site-based work
