The Store Manager is the leader of the stores management team including the Assistant Store Manager Department Managers and Assistant Managers. A qualified applicant for this position will have the skills necessary to provide excellent guest satisfaction through the management and leadership of all store employees and management. This will be done by maintaining high standards of quality variety selection food safety and sanitation for all products produced and sold in the store. This is accomplished in accordance with Lowcountry Grocers policy on business ethics through consistent and honest dealings with employees vendors guests and all outside parties; managing sales and operations; controlling expenses and payroll budgets; and handling personnel issues accounting merchandising and loss prevention.
