About The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Property Lawyer with 35 years of post-admission experience to join a high-performing team in Sydneys CBD. Youll play a key role in managing property matters across NSW VIC and QLD and work closely with clients on a variety of transactions.

Reporting directly to senior legal professionals your key responsibilities will include:

• Draft review and negotiate Contracts for Sale and Purchase
• Handle PEXA settlements lodgements and title-related transactions
• Advise on commercial and retail leases including variations and subleases
• Support developers with acquisitions subdivisions and off-the-plan contracts
• Liaise with financial institutions and manage mortgage aspects of transactions
• Manage end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing across NSW VIC & QLD

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Mandarin speaking preferred but not essential
• Proficiency with PEXA and legal practice systems
• A proactive client-focused and organised approach
• Strong drafting negotiation and client advisory skills
• 35 years PAE in property law across NSW VIC and QLD
• Experience in conveyancing leasing and development matters
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
