Job Summary

Location: Home-based in Hungary Croatia Serbia North Macedonia Slovenia Bulgaria Romania

Data collection and analysis

  • Build 3-year account plans for each cross-market account and get it signed off by the Sub-Regional Sales Lead. Run yearly roadshows to share and implement the KAP
  • Develop the right sales solutions and strategies for each cross-market customer by focusing on the customers strategy and orienting to provide value against future need
  • Build promote and contribute to the development of long-term partnerships and relationships with cross-market customers in procurement marketing and supply chain. Develop contact maps and work with relevant stakeholders to engage at the right level within these organizations
  • Scan the markets for new cross-market opportunities with the scope of acquiring new customers that fit into the scope
  • Deliver profitable sales growth by
    • winning tenders on incumbent business. Lead and run cross-market tenders working with all stakeholders and best practice- mobilising the organization to participate to win. Build a tender strategy to be presented/validated.
    • winning new business in new segments or geographies; share insights into the business - cultivate and instigate appropriate proactive responses and differentiated offers. driving strategy and innovation pipelines within DSS.
  • Align these to the budget the forecast the innovation pipeline the 3-year account plans
  • Ensure account management is measured alongside the financial performance for each account
  • Identify and then deliver growth and MOVC improvement in the account. Drive margin improvement opportunities through hotspot identification excellence in margin management sales efficiency and innovative solutions
  • Follow the timelines of the tenders for the accounts led Centrally and contribute to the success of the tenders working closely with the Cluster sales organizations bringing desired growth. Look and propose alternatives that would also prove beneficial for the Sub-Region

Reporting/Presentations

  • Prepare decision-relevant sales and profitability analysis DSS Group Accounts or big projects/tenders in the Sub-region
  • Produce reporting on the cross-market accounts supported by the central Commercial Operations team and other functions
  • Participate to MT meetings and business reviews
  • Prepare presentations for meetings and occasions present ad-hoc analysis and research on demand
  • Prepare post-mortem summaries after the tenders
  • Actively contribute to defining and implementing improvement processes for long-term business success.

Commercial Tools (Sales Database)

  • Skilled with the division-wide implemented standard tools (sales database CRM CDI) to properly use these for any kind of commercial analysis or customer journey
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Ensure a constantly high level of data quality

Ad hoc requests

  • Effectively coordinate any central information/data requests (short/medium/long term) in close cooperation with local teams

Key Skill Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Superior knowledge of MS Excel ERP familiarity CRM MS Office and easy adaptation to new technologies
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Skilled in the use of analyses and reporting tool (Excel COGNOS Navigator)
  • Excellent knowledge of the business
  • Self-motivating and pro-active
  • Good networking expertise
