Achieve sales objectives in accordance with company policies under the supervision of district sales manager:
- Listing and promote usage of Epiduo in target hospital dermatology department
- Raise awareness and recommendation of CTMP in acne treatment

Requirement
Education/Training:
- Bachelor degree and above
本科及以上学历
- Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred
医学/药学/生物学等相关专业尤佳
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry.
至少2年的医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验
- Preferred experience of public hospital listing and market development OR sales in Dermatology
既往有公立医院准入和市场开发的经验或者具有皮肤科销售经验优先
- Preferred experience of biologics/high value product sales in public hospital

Duties and Responsibilities
Main Duties:
- Responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory achieve the greatest degree of sales growth and market share increase

- Collect and analyze target hospital potential and competitors intelligence where necessary seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth

- Maintain ongoing communication influencing and collaboration with key stakeholders to improve sales execution strategy and tactics

- Set customer performance targets select 4P / 3Ds opportunities and to deliver effective execution of key account plans
